Responsible disclosure
If you find a security problem in this site, tell us before you tell anyone else. This page says how to report it and what you can expect from us.
How to report
Send an email to contact@theaiguys.com with the subject line “Security report”. Include:
- the web address or the part of the site where you found the problem;
- what you found, and the steps we can follow to see it ourselves;
- the date and time of your test;
- how we can reach you.
Report as soon as you can. Do not share the problem with others until we have had the time to fix it.
The same contact details are in the security contact file of this site, in the standard format that tools read.
What we promise
- We acknowledge your report within three working days. This response time is our own choice.
- We take no legal action against a reporter who acts in good faith and stays within the limits on this page.
What is not allowed
- No access to the data of other people. Do not view, copy, change or delete it. Do no more than is needed to show that the problem exists.
- No denial of service. Do not overload the site or make it unavailable.
- No social engineering. Do not mislead or pressure the people of the firm or of its suppliers to get in.
No reward programme
There is no reward programme. The firm does not pay for reports.
