What we build for financial institutions

Document review with traceable answers
Reads credit and claims files and flags what deviates, each finding linked to its passage.
Compliance checks across all your documents
Checks every policy, contract and procedure against the rules that apply, and marks what fails.
Checks for fraud and financial crime
Flags transactions, claims and customers for a closer look, and prepares the file.
Decision support with a full record
Prepares credit and claims decisions with plain reasons, and a person approves each one.
Assistants that answer from your documents
Answers questions from your own policies and pension rules, with the source passage shown.

These are examples of what we can build. They do not describe client work.

Each runs as a custom AI solution, a private deployment or an air-gapped system, whichever your data allows. How the three differ

Built with the evidence your supervisor asks for

From 2 December 2027 the duties of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) for high-risk systems cover two uses in finance: judging whether a person is creditworthy, and pricing life and health insurance for a person.

The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) applies now: a model provider is assessed as an outside technology supplier, with contract terms, a register entry and a way out. We build the records into the system, so you can show your supervisor what it did and who approved it.

What you risk

For breaking the obligations the Act lists, such as the transparency duties

€15 million or 3%

Source and caveat

Breaking the other duties the Act lists, such as the transparency duties: up to €15 million or 3% of worldwide annual turnover, whichever is higher.

European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744), Article 99(4). Applies from 2 August 2026.

This is the most the law allows, not what is usually imposed. A fine can only follow a duty that applies: the transparency duties from 2 August 2026, the high-risk duties from 2 December 2027 and 2 August 2028.

The Dutch maximum for breaking the board and supplier duties of DORA

€5 million or 10% of net turnover

Source and caveat

In the Netherlands, breaking the board or supplier duties of DORA: up to €5 million per infringement, or 10% of net turnover if that is more.

Wet op het financieel toezicht and Besluit EU-verordeningen Wft (the Dutch fine rules for the Digital Operational Resilience Act), Articles 1:81 and 1:82; Bijlage 35, point 2.

This is the most the law allows, not what is usually imposed. It is the maximum of Dutch fine category 3 as the law stood on 5 October 2026, and it doubles for a repeat within five years.

How we work

Five steps from a first conversation to a running system, and the first is free.

  1. Step 1Free briefing
  2. Step 2Discovery
  3. Step 3Design
  4. Step 4Build
  5. Step 5Run and improve

Every paid step has a fixed price, stated in writing before the work starts, and each phase of the build has its own.
